These are those that are a part of our lives, but maybe won’t take a spotlight as often. Depression and anxiety are rough, and we each deal with ours in different ways - so Kat and I try to share these moments of light in an effort to cultivate them more.

Today is a special day for the kittehs. Star and Luci, at least, were born on this day 5 years ago! So we are celebrating with catnip and silvervine <3 And then there was the Luci Man. The handsome boi who is always ready for a party. @luci_tothe
Today is a special day for the kittehs. Star and Luci, at least, were born on this day 5 years ago! So we are celebrating with catnip and silvervine <3 And then there was the Luci Man. The handsome boi who is always ready for a party. @luci_tothe_max For his animal spirits, it is tricky, he is very much a cat, the most cat cat that we have, at least. For that reason, and that he is typically the top of the kitty pyramid, he is a Lion. That majestic side of him is how he gets you in his wiles. His other two sides are a Peacock, and Elk. Peacock for the feathers, sure, but also his blood curdling scream when he is seeking attention or food. Luci as an elk also has got some powerful legs. We have seen him jump more than 8 feet high from the ground! He didn't quite make it to what he was jumping to and had to climb the last bit, but he did it. #caturday #catsofinstagram

A bush dweller or a treetop huntress, she must always be the center of attention. This is why she is a diva, but her other two animals help to accentuate her other oddities. Those are as a Bat, first, I mean, just look at those giant ears for her tiny head! The second is Meerkat, cause she will often perch up like that to get better views. Such a silly girl! Saving the best for last, Luci will be featured next weekend, the handsome brat.

The cat is fast, zoomies that go into Mach 1 it feels like. He is bouncy, and his tail, did you see that long tail? He isn't the best at jumping up, but he can clamber and clamour at all hours with energy never-ending. It's taken her a while, but she is starting to find comfort with the other cats in her family. Once she does, she will be fierce in her protection of them. Not sure how some of these things might end up being shared in the end. However, the idea is that we don’t have to be the best at it, we don’t have to be perfect, and it doesn’t have to even be about ourselves, the best joy isn’t anyways. We just have to seek it out because we create it by looking for it as often as when you sit do to actually create it.
